This is Elaine Moscato’s recipe from Kenmore Greatest Generations of Grilling Cook Off recipes at the Ohio State Fair.
1461 per serving
- 4 small onion buds
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 3 taco shell
- 1 pounds seasoned ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon
- garnish with tomatoes/onions
- wooden sticks
Take ground beer and stuff it into the taco shell.
Add shredded cheese, tomatoes and shredded lettuce on top of beef.
Wrap taco with bacon.
Slide ingredients onto skewer in the following order: onion, tomato, taco, tomato and onion again.
Place skewer on the grill.
Once finished grilling, present tacos on a plate with sour cream.
